Fuxbau Distilled Gin embodies our passion for distillation and our commitment to combining regional tradition with cosmopolitan aromas. Twelve carefully selected botanicals form the basis of this exceptional gin, uniting alpine freshness with international diversity.

Characteristic ingredients include juniper berries, rowan berries, East Styrian spruce shoots and stone pine cones from West Styria. Complemented by finely tuned spices from various parts of the world, a gin with remarkable depth, elegance and balance is created.

The botanicals are macerated separately, individually distilled using the pot-still method and then carefully blended. Refined with fresh spring water from Eastern Styria, this creates a gin of particular clarity, softness and aromatic complexity.
